how silly of me to feel so beautiful with so much missing. nothing makes a difference externally. stop. there's bad lines being drawn what happened to music and spirits besides the confusions between songs and drugs. stop. everybody look what i've done down paranoia can be a line to step into a protection nutshell stop. but eight white tulips are eight white tulips. nothing more but they are gone and i feel beautiful.

being big and mighty gets you as far as the sun gets in the yellow of an iron egg, as tangrams with no pieces and fairy tales with unhappy endings. being strong as hard an eight laned highway gets you farther then a unicycle with no wheel, a garage sale from a barn, dancing in rubber boots, and singing to your bedroom wall. i want you to remember everything you said, every step i danced, every book you read, before you tell me it's all at the top.

marvin carnegy was born in the northeast corner of missouri near the iowa line in 1914 marvin has written poetry for thirty years marvin started writing cowboy poetry three years ago when he lost a good cowboy friend while they were gathering cattle marvin called the poem "the last roundup" marvin is also a yodeler and expert singer of old time cowboy songs marvin has given his poems and songs at the cowboy hall of fame Oklahoma City; cowboy poetry gathering, Elko nevada; beef empire days, garden city kansas; western heritage day, Panhandle State University marvin is also planning on dying this evening.

music:  money for nothing - dire straits i like dire straits. they are super cool corny like journey. being so busy is not good at all. i was living off of coffee and nicotine for 3 days this week. one night i was even too busy to wash my hair and i asked myself what the deal with that is. i mean, i think i'm catching up. i pray i'm catching up. but once i do it won't be the end, will it? cycle's are the real killer AND the human condition. mark twain once wrote that "happenings are not mainly or even largely a part of life. it's the thoughts that are constantly blowing around and around." i hate how this is true. i want to be who i am bas
